Health and comfort are important for people in buildings, and relative humidity (RH) is one of many aspects of indoor environmental quality (IEQ). Therefore, maintaining relative humidity between 40-50% is critical for well-being, especially our body and respiratory system.

We are honoured to be part of the group of experts that have shared their knowledge about relative humidity — in context to dry cold climate, myths in relative humidity, cooling energy recovery and the impact on indoor air and means of control.
